The business is structured under its parent company Hurtta Holding AB, with Tapio Hurtta still serving as chairman. Effecta's appraisers are appointed by the Swedish Chambers of Commerce, giving the house formal accreditation in the Swedish auction industry. The house runs on the BidFlow platform, handling everything from initial valuation and home clearance to cataloguing and online sale.
